Returns and refund policy

Damages:

In the event of receiving a damaged order, kindly capture several photos of the affected areas and contact us within 48 hours by e-mail info@tgartsanat.com  to initiate a claim process against transport company. For damaged paintings, please retain the damaged packaging for inspection by the shipping company, as they require it for their investigation. All our paintings are fully insured.


Should you receive a damaged product, we are committed to providing a replacement or issuing a refund to your bank account from which the purchase was made within 30 days once you contact us.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges. You can exchange your item for a similar one within 30 days. If you wish to exchange your item, please send the product in its original packaging to the following address: 17145 North Bay Road, Apt 4411, Sunny Isles Beach, 33160  and notify us via email at info@tgartsanat.com, providing the tracking number of the shipment and indicating which product you would like to receive in exchange. Please note that in this case, the buyer covers the shipping cost.

Due the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • custom or personalized orders.

      Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of artwork delivery. Beyond this period, we regret that refunds or exchanges cannot be accommodated. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@tgartsanat.com, providing your order number and reason for return. Our address for return is 17145 North Bay road, apt 4411, Sunny Isles Beach, 33160.

      To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that Tgartsanat does not cover the cost of return shipping. The buyer assumes responsibility for shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking capabilities.

      We will refund you money the same way it has been transferred to us within 3-5 working from the date we receive the return.
